Postponed – Wellness Wednesday: A Peek Into Prediabetes

The January 26, 2022 health talk has been postponed due to the surge in COVID cases. It is rescheduled for April 27 at 10:00am. The feature film, Here Today, following at 11:30 has also been postponed until the April date.

Join us as Marlayna Bollinger, MPH, of the Skinny Gene Project will be directing us on a fun and interactive journey to the inside of your body and what really causes prediabetes.  Prediabetes is a serious health condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough yet to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes.  Discover how your diet may be helping or harming your health.

Can you find the tree’s special friends? After adding your leaf, check out our library materials to help you be healthy from your roots to your leaves.
