Take And Make Crafts

Regularly engaging in crafts can bring health benefits such as increasing focus and reducing stress. Every month we will provide a craft project for you to take home and experience. Kits include supplies and an informational health sheet and are geared towards adults, although some can be done with children or grandchildren. Contact the Library to reserve yours today!

Health Rocks! Garden

Welcome to our Health Rocks! Garden where you can share your painted rock creations with the community, or come pick one to take home. We are gathering positive and encouraging messages for those going through their health and wellness journeys, as well as thanking our local healthcare heroes who work nearby.

Watch the recording on our Facebook from our March program with Amy Byer Shainman discussing her book, Resurrection Lily: The BRCA Gene, Hereditary Cancer & Lifesaving Whispers from the Grandmother I Never Knew: A Memoir. She was joined by Ellen Matloff, Certified Genetic Counselor.
